About: Katie graduated with a BA in Sociology in 2024. Since then, she juggles many hats as a clinic coordinator with us at Foxglove Wellness, personal traIner, youth worker at a non-profit, and as a social media manager. Katie thrives off of a schedule some may call "chaotic," but that's just the way she likes it. 

Find her: Running, spending time at her family cottage, or planning her 2027 wedding (yes, she's type A). 

Fun Facts: Katie has ran one half and one full marathon and plans to continue racing for as long as possible.
