About: Lily is an OG Edmonton kid, who recently completed a 2 yr program in Child and Youth care at Macewan University, after completing 2 years of general studies.  Lily is one of the helpful hands at Foxglove, ensuring smooth transitions between clients by keeping our laundry running at full speed and setting up tables for our busy practitioners. Though often hanging in the staff room folding sheets, she loves meeting new people and is always smiling.

Notable: Lily was introduced to Foxglove through Inclusion Alberta. Inclusion Alberta is a family-based non-profit federation that advocates on behalf of children and adults with intellectual disabilities and their families. As an advocacy organization Inclusion Alberta supports families and individuals in their desire to be fully included in community life. Lily sits on the inclusion Alberta Board as a self advocate to ensure that the voice and needs of those with intellectual disabilities are heard.

Fun Fact: Spending time with family and friends,  listening to lots of music, snuggling with her doggie, Griff -  and making plans to explore the world!
