About: When we first introduced Lucia to our team in spring of 2022, we said, “She’s here for a good time, not a long time”. As it turns out, Lucia refuses to be taken off payroll and loves working 1-2 shifts a year to ensure her seat at our annual Christmas party. Mom of two incredible kiddos, popular face serving you up at the top restaurants in Edmonton (a dedicated Costa Group (Mimi, Va, Bar Bricco, Rita etc.) service industry extraordinaire), pursuing a nursing degree, and dropping in to help us out when we need her. What can’t she do?

Find Her: EVERYWHERE. She is one of those people that everyone knows and loves— whether serving you up an Italian wine, volunteering at her kids schools, or enjoying the goings on in her community.

Personal Hell: Bad food.
